2. Machinery Specifications & Price Quotes

• Continuous Innovation: Technical parameters (e.g. 1kW – 60kW laser sources, 1.2G/1.5G acceleration rates, bed dimensions) are subject to engineering updates to maintain state-of-the-art standards.
• Quote Validity: Formal machine price quotations provided via email or sales document are valid for 30 calendar days from issue date, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including machine CAD renderings, logos, proprietary EtherCAT CNC control descriptions, video demonstrations, and brand names—is the sole intellectual property of Vishwak Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.

4. Machinery Warranty & Service Terms

All DNS Lasers CNC fiber laser cutting machines include standard manufacturer warranty coverage on laser sources, machine beds, and motion components as detailed in individual commercial sales agreements. Warranty service is fulfilled by our certified engineers from Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of machine sales or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
